We all know that some posters just won't be able to swallow a Mayweather defeat without excuse. So which one will it be fellas?

Are you giving up options or do we need to come up with our own excuses to why Mayweather will lose.

Not many of us think he will lose this fight - so there are no excuses to give.

Most people want to say, "well it will never happen anyway".

But Hatton is supposed to have at least 3 loses on his record now according to some, so who knows.

I would guess that they would go with intangibles, like "shot" or "not peak".

Not sure I understood the 3 losses bit, other than Collazo (which was close), who are the other 2?

Mayweather was shot - LITERALLY WITH A GUN 20 TIMES. Thats the only way Hatton wins

none of those excuses, I had in mind the one about how Mayweahter was rusty after his retirement.
I won't need it though....Mayweather trashes Hatton.

All I would say is remember Honeyghan v Curry. Curry was p-4-p number one and a brilliant boxer but when it came down to a real punch up he didn't have the heart for it. And Hatton is better than Honeyghan was

Good analogy- Honeyghan took the fight to Curry who possessed silky skills but took the fight too lightly perhaps. A true upset. Then Marlon Starling came along on spoilt the party, making Honeyghan look truly awful

:rofl :rofl

honeyghan was twice the boxer stick wicky is. lloyd was just way too inconsistent. if hatton wins though it will be up there with lloyds win, but still way behind randy turpin's win over SRR.

As ludicrous as it seems, there will be people saying that Mayweather was "past his best" if he loses.

Oh, also, if the fight is even CLOSE to being close - or maybe even if not - expect the usual cries of "robbery" that are so common among boxing fans today.

It's BULLSHIT to say Mayweather's supporter's can't swallow his victory without an excuse, after all, there is no evidence to suggest that (Mayweather hasn't lost.)

Either way, there is clearly no excuse for Mayweather if he loses to Ricky Hatton.

A good question is should Hatton indeed be knighted if he wins this one ?

If David fucking Beckham is on the verge of one surely Ricky with his resume of Zoo Castillo and Mayweather would deserve a shout ?

I am still looking for the option: "The ref allowed Hatton to get away with murder in there...I thought this was supposed to be a boxing match!"

You are right, PBF will take Hatton apart. But I don't see this as exposing Hatton or anything along those lines, as PBF is one of the most gifted fighters of all time.

But, IF and I mean IF somehow Hatton won. Would you at last give him credit?

Iv already heard a few people tell me Mayweather is not as good as he once was... which is fucking crazy. But he'll probably be shot if Hatton wins, and if Mayweather wins Hatton will be a blown up LWW guy... no winner here:lol:
