No Jump Rope. The Other Problem I Have Is I Am Limited To What I Can Do As All My Training Takes Place In My Living Room After The Kids Are In Bed. Obviously When They Are In Bed I Cannot Go Out.

burpees x 30 secs
jumping jacks x 30 secs
split jumps x 30 secs
burpees again x 30 secs
jumping jacks x 30 secs
mountain climbers x 30 secs

do this as a circuit for 5 rounds no rest in between exercises, you can have 30 seconds rest after each round.

btw this is a mountain climber

in each exercises try do as many reps as possible before the time runs out,

here is another one you can try

10 burpees
10 bicycle crunches
10 squats
10 push ups

repeat this four exercise circuit as many times as possible in 20 minutes.

here is a bicycle crunch:

I think that you need to take time out to fix your caps lock key.

I'm In Chester, England. I Boxed For About 9 Years, I Know What I Need To Do But I Find It Hard To Plan And Mix My Routine Up. Circuit Training Is Something I Have Very Little Experience In. Just Because I Have Boxed Before Doesn't Meen I Shouldn't Ask Questions, I Am Always Trying To Improve Myself And With My Knowledge I Think I Have Gone As Far As I Can In Developing My Body. I Am Also Finding It Hard To Keep Motivated When I Am Working Very Hard And Not Seeing Improvements, And Doing The Same Thing Week After Week. I Would Appreciate Anyone Who Could Help Me. Sorry About The Caps Lock But My Works Computer Is Prehistoric And Always Has Caps Lock On.

Thanks Jmonster. Not Looking For A Gym At The Moment, Maybe The Next 10 Years Or So When The Kids Can Stay Home Alone.
