There are no threads stickied in this forum, so I was wondering if there are any threads in this forum you have stickied because they contain really good advice or workouts, etc that you could recommend me to read :)

The 'Complete beginners guide to a boxing routine' thread used to be stickied and still should be. Check it out, a lot of useful tips in there.
