Who do you think will win this bout.
Billy Dib is in with more than a 50/50 chance , just on size alone, he will be much bigger than the WBO southpaw champ. Im just worried that he may not be able to handle the southpaw fighter.
Anyhow Im going with Aussie to pull off the upset.

mate i really do hope he wins, but i think he will be totally outclassed, in everyway possible. a diet of pinoys isnt a world champs breakfast.
i just dont think he will get away with his chin out, hands down crap he pulls.
i hope im very wrong....
come on Dibb, show us u can do it... and if u can ill be a huge fan forever!

I feel the exact same Marcus.
It would be awesome if Billy could do it & i will be cheering him on....however i feel he will be totally outclassed by a far superior technical southpaw boxer.
Would be great to be proven wrong.

Lueveno has fought much better competition and has alot more experience, i have him winning a points decision 8-4 i reckon...

Dib won't win a round. Shut out to Luevano.
This could be Dibs moment in the sun........ he needs it bad after an ordinary half dozen or so fights... goodluck :good

This is probably Dibs best chance at a fair dinkum title and I wish him all the best.
I dont think he has what it takes to beat Steve and will lose a pretty clear decision.
Loved to be proven wrong..

Would love to see Dib win but he has been lucky not to lose his last few fights and those guys werent as good as Luevano.

Dib by points in a famous victory.
Luevano took some big shots and went down to the Thai in March this year.
Check out how open he is to a Southpaw.

Check out how open he is to a Southpaw.
Which Dib isnt.
Terdsak is a pretty good fighter, certainly been in with better names than Billy has.
Steve pretty much dominated that fight, jabbed the shit out of the Thai.

He did dominate the rest of the fight but if the Thai had a bit more power its all over. (You could say the same for Mundine and Kim as well)
I spoke to Johnny Lewis today and Billy has been training to switch to Southpaw at times during the fight to mix it up.
I feel an upset stirring in my waters.

I dont think it would be that big of an upset if Billy wins, which I truly hope he does.
But if Luevano is anything he is workman like and busy which Billy will have to really put in an effort to contend with as he tends to fight in spurts.

I think Terdsak has a very unfortunate name.

I think Terdsak has a very unfortunate name.
 ..poor kid but it probably means something significant in Thai.
No worse then this Greek bloke I used to work with who's last name was pronounced Cockless..not sure of the spelling but needless to say he squirmed every time he had to tell someone it.

This could be the fight that Billy earns some serious creibility with. I hope for a victory and another belt coming Australia's way.

I would like to say Billy. My brains says Luevano. And barring a miracle i think he walks around with the title. Luevano did look quite weak in his last outing. But so did Billy.

Luevano is such a favourite that they are not taking bets on it in the states.
I wonder what the forums tone would have been back in 1989 when Jeff Harding set off for his mission impossible against Dennis Andries.

No Top Rank fighter.
Top Rank/Bob Arum is the smartest promotion team in the game when it comes to matchmaking their fighters.

Dib will get owned in this fight. I use to think he would be our next world champ but I think he's reached his peak & unfortunately it won't be enough to beat the top guys. He should of rematched the fella that he stole that last "world title belt" from.

Dib has won his last few fights (Vargas & Marail} even though he lost....maybe he gets handed a win in this fight provided he can make it close.

I hope he wins but to be honest once a man bites another in the ring i have very little respect for them.

Im suprised they have that much faith in Luevano not to bother with betting but he deserves to be the favourite by a long shot.

He bit a Filo by the name of Jesar Ancajas (spelling). Was caught on film, bit right into his shoulder from memory.
It was a dirty fight, the filo was hitting him with shots south of the border and behind the head, and eventually got DQ'd. But he was giving Billy a legitimatley hard time, making the fight very physical and smothering Dib a bit.
The filo made the accusation, his english was poor, so he made an exaggerated biting sign to the ref. The ref asked all the officials at ringside if they saw it and they said no...so there wasnt much he could do because he didnt see it either. But everyone watching at home that night saw replay, after replay and a lot of people have never forgiven Dib for it.

Dib walks into the ring and then it's all over after that. Comes down to when Luevano decides to end it and could be as early as 2nd round. I think it MAY go longer but 2nd would not shock me at all.
Luevano KO /TKO by at least 6 maybe 5 but also depends what Luevano shows up.
