For me it's footwork and keeping composure when pressured. I'm tall so keeping range is important for me. For the same reason i hate being pressured. I can circle clockwise very well, but counter clockwise is not going as smooth as it should.

[Only registered and activated users can see links] - that is pretty much the same thread wise guy.
But to answere the question - I hate geting jabbed couse my head movement and footwork sucks but once i get in and land my right hook to the body then it's all over ;) :D

I need to relax and flow with rhythm like one of trainers has said. I got rhythm I just need to apply it, I am too tense sometimes and just want to hit hard.
Pretty much everything  But mostly, movement and not being so flat footed.

I need to improve everything too. Lately I've been focusing on using my left hook to the body a little more and also I'm making an effort to keep my chin down and my eyes on the opponents shoulders. I have a tendency to pull my head back when jabs come so I'm just out of their range. This limits my options for countering and sometimes when I do this my chin comes up it and it puts me more at risk if they double jab or come in with a quick 2.
