First off Mayweather started the distruction of Gatti, whenever Gatti stepped into the ring with the TV Reality star he wasn't near as good as whenever he stepped into the ring with Mayweather or Ward, Gatti is old now and for the way Gatti fights, he has put alot of age on his body and more then his share of injuries. Second Gatti is a legend, a fighter people love to watch so even if he wasn't the best at the time he won knowing that millions of people just saw him pick apart a legend, it like his dream finally came true.

Floyd called Gatti a C level fighter leading up to the fight. He said that he thought that Gatti didn't deserve to be in the ring with him and he would expose him for the washed up fighter that he was. I remember how a lot of people were thinking he was going to eating those words once he tasted Gatti's power, but it went down just like Floyd said it would: a one sided beating.

I'm not sure, but the truth is it takes a special boxer to acheive championships in 3 or more different weight classes. I don't give a fuck about how many weight classes there are these days either. Look at what happened when Hatton moved up to fight Collazo, and what happened to Tito against Hopkins.

He could have fought KT anywhere from Mid 2004 to early 2005. Don't give me this bullshit that the fight couldn't have been made. He fought Corley and Brussels instead, and he fought Gatti for the money, the strap meant very little.

Still, my point is that Dorin was good enough to even get a draw against Spaddy who peeps thought could beat PBF. Then Gatti lands a liver shot, and takes him out early. You know that at the time before the fight, many thought Gatti was going to be too much for Floyd. That's a fact.
