You can call it what you want - but if I remember correctly - Lennox was stating to come on before the fight was stopped. That man retired with a win and on top - regardless to how you get the W - it's still a W.

Lennox should give a rematch to Wladimir, but I think Miguel Cotto deserves a rematch with Juan Diaz first.

True...but why? LL won, although in a contreversial way he still won the fight legitimatly and he deserves all the credit. Anything can happen in boxing....the next round Vitaly could have been KO'd by a left hook or vise versa....but that didn't happen and the fight was stopped on cuts that Vit recv'd from LL.

So we should leave it alone..LL retired, he was getting up there in age and had been doing this a LONG time. He deserves to be able to call it a career with all that he accomplished with out nut huggers and the media trying to diminish his last fight as HW champ of the world.

It was kind of dissapointing how Lewis left Vitali hanging there (just like his eyeball), but whatever....other fighters (greater than Lewis) have not given rematches to guys they won in far more controversial (nothing really debatable about the stoppage, the cut was awful) than Lewis-V. Klitschko.
