There were double celebrations in the Enzo Maccarinelli household this week when the WBO cruiserweight champion's wife Elouise had a baby boy.
Just days before, Big Mac had successfully defended his title against Wayne Braithwaite in a fight that proved he is a world class contender.
Now the 6'4 Welshman is aiming to add Steve Cunningham's IBF title to his collection.
The American called out Maccarinelli earlier this week, and has had his challenge verbally accepted.
"I admire Cunningham for saying that he wants to be the best and he wants one champion," Maccarinelli told the South Wales Evening News. "I am more than up for that."
Maccarinelli added that he would love to face Cunningham on November 3 at the Millennium Stadium Cardiff, when stablemate Joe Calzgahe tackles Mikkel Kessler.
