I'm in the same boat mate, I'm starting have to force myself go now.
I've never felt like this, hopefully it's just a phase.
Just try stick it.

thats normal guys, take a week or two off and do somethimg different like jogging or a passtime or whatever, take your mind off training and you will go back to the gym refreshed and avoid burnout:good

ive trained for months at a time hard leading up to a fight naturally. Sometimes i feel burned out and thats when i feel like im forcing my self to go. Sometimes because of school and work i dont go to the gym for 2 or 3 weeks then i feel alot better.
yea burnout is a bitch....just relax find something else, i found that sometimes if you get set in a routine it can lead to boredome so break up your routine for a week, go out with your friends the nights you normaly train, go for a run the days you dont train, just mix it up do something different for a while it helps, it helped me definatly.

you make quite a few threads like this Nigel
are you not fighting? no tourneys coming up?
Considered having a solid break for a few weeks, see how you feel?
No strings attached, binge eating, do whatever you like, and all that?

I know how you feel - I'm like that all the time. My biggest problem is getting down the consistency part. I'll train hard for a couple weeks... take a week off and do virtually nothing that week and repeat the above part. I have training A.D.D. too so I have to switch my shit up frequently.
