I would tend to say Miske as the more proven of the two. Miske was a boxer puncher type while Schaff was more of a slugger so again that suggests Miske.

I do think that Schaffe had the potential to become a champion if he had lived.

Exactly, it´s also a bit unfair to put him in matchups, because we never saw him reaching his prime, but I agree with you, he would have been a champ IMO...
