Frank Bruno's was pretty padded.
Ditto Hatton, Calzaghe, Hamed, Witter.
But our building of records rather than fighters is getting worse by the year.

Nice to see Bute show us how protected he is again at the weekend. He should retire or give up his belt.

You are forgetting Ajoses win over the amazing Martin Holgate who was coming off of 2 wins in his last 4, one defeat by a guy in his 2nd fight.

Check out this guys record (pretty shit).
Yuriy Nuzhnenko
32 years old
record 27-0-1

Get a fucking move on mate; you're 32 already, no time to hang about.
His 30 year old Ukrainian compatriot Vyaceslav Senchenko isn't exactly roaring up through the ranks either, despite sporting a 27-0 record:

On the Froch thing - Calzaghe fought for his beloved WBO belt on his 23 fight, same amount of fights as Hatton for the WBU. Froch will be fighting for the WBC in his 24th fight - I guess it's his age which makes him stick out.

Froch would murder Bute.
He beat that rag-doll car washer around for laughs.

I wouldn't call this padded, he's only 23 and he his opponents have been getting gradually better. ******s just being careful with him as he is a good prospect and there is still room for improvement.

The guy fought Bika, Berrio and Andrade in 3 of his last 4 fights.
He is protected alright. :rofl
I'd love for you to give me names of fighters at 168lbs who fought better opposition then Bute in the last 2 years other then Kessler.
its amazing to see the first few fighters were nor frank ****** fighters .

The best thing about this record is his 3 fight tour of New Zealand, the first of which saw him fight a heavyweight (Brunson is a middleweight) and the second saw him fight a debutant (Brunson's 16th fight).
Tye Fields is lucky to have escaped a mention:

I think anyone with the surname Strickland is pretty much guaranteed to have a bad record. Probably related to Reggie and Jerry.

Hattons record is sooo padded.
Hatton - 44-1 at age 30
38-0 before his first title shot
Calzaghe - 45-0 at age 36
22-0 at first title shot

You need to learn the definition of a padded record.
Guys with padded record's don't fight the P4P #1, the undisputed champion in there division and other top 10 P4P fighters.

Fair enough.
I can't really come all out and say 'his record wasn't padded' when I see the 70-80 Mexican cab drivers and pizza deliver boys on his record.

I give Nielsen credit actually - not for the quality of fighter he was, but he wasn't exactly bottom of the barrel - and the pure frequency with which he could fight when he got going was pretty marvellous.
