Yeah. I'll be there from the 5th. The weigh ins at these type of fights are quality. Missed it at the Hatton - Mayweather, however, my went in and came out with pictures Calzaghe, Roger Mayweather and a few other names.
Can't wait to use my accent on the chicks.:yep

Just read on the Calzaghe website that there may have only been 3000 tickets sold for the fight, any truth in this?

I can imagine that being the case. Haye and Hatton are also fighting that month so unless you're some millionaire playboy, you're more likely to choose only one fight to go live.

Also seen on there that the word on the street is that the weigh in will be held at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. Square Ring Promotions have apperently booked the 16th floor from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. on the 7th Nov.
Can anyone confirm this?

No, it's usually queue up and be the first through the door, either that or it will be press only. I'll be chancing my arm anyway.
As for the tickets sold, remember you have a credit crunch going on at the moment and a lot of people are hurting and fearing for their jobs and were not far off Xmas, expensive tickets to NY to watch boxing are the last thing on peoples minds.
I know of one person who was for making the trip but has opted out due to job security.
What's the capacity of MSG for a boxing event?
I can only imagine if this fight had taken place at Wembley or Cardiff, you could have 60-80,000 in attendance.

I'll be there. Can't wait. How do I found out what time the weigh in is? I can't be there from 8am to 9pm. There's other stuff to do in New York!
Why did I buy overpriced tickets through a broker? I thought it was sold out!
