No, lil nog never held a belt, and is Minotoro not Minotauro, and the image is named big-nog.

Big Nog is a mess. I saw him at the Seni Expo and he`s head was all swollen and looked like a mass of scar tissue. Lil Nog looks just as battle worn.

Not so sure about that; both are billed at 6'3" but Big Nog looks taller than that just from seeing him near other fighters, he also looks like an overall bigger framed man to me.

They are identical twins though, same DNA, Big Nog has just put on more Muscle and doesn't cut weight.
