You forgot that Pac was a superbantam beltholder at that time and just moved up to fight MAB. Pac officially weighed 124 lbs in that fight.

That said, I think Manny is naturally bigger than MAB, who was the smallest out of all five of the great recent featherweights and he was at his very best at 122. MAB is probably physically stronger than Manny at that weight and a 122 lb MAB can fight like a whirlwind all night long. The higher the weight class, the better Manny likes it.
I think you forgot that Pac was the IBF 122 champ while MAB was the Ring Mags 126 champ at that time. Essentially Pac was still a superbantam as he only weighed 124 lb for that fight.

Pac was only 22-23 at the time of the fight, probably still growing.

how can he be naturally bigger when he walks around 147-150.

he is exactly the same physique as mab.

why are you trying to make it appear that pac is the bigger fighter.

go find a tree ang hang yourself, you village idiot.
Pac walks around 145-150 nowadays but 7 yrs ago he walked around 125-130 only!

I think so. If MAB fought pac like he did Naz he would have a won a UD. I don't think Barrera knew how good pac won and didn't know what he was getting into. Pac is a bad style match up though and pac would win more than he would lose against MAB.

Na, not growing. He was in better shape more constantly at that age compared to now. I also think Roach decided once pac moved up, it is a good idea to stay there as moving down in weight would have a negative impact.

I remember seeing pac on TV one month before the singsurat fight. When asked what his weight was, his manager answered 134 lbs which was 22 lbs heavier than the flyweight limit.

Pac was the IBF 122 champ when he fought Barrera, definitely not green. MAB was already shot at that time. He was 29 yrs OLD and was on a 9 fight winning streak against such fighters as Morales, Tapia, Kelly, Sanchez, Hamed, etc. before Pac-MAB I. To emphasize Barreras SHOTNESS at that time, He went on to win 6 straight fights against such fighters as Ayala, Morales, Fana, Peden and Juarez after Pac and even won a belt or two at 130 lb. What a SHOT fighter Barrera was at that time!

The current Pac may not be the complete fighter of NALLEGE's kind but he is definitely many times better than the one who fought Morales the first time.

Yes he was still growing but you're right he was constantly in better shape at that age as he had learned his lesson from his KO loss to Singsurat. He's more desciplined then and now than he was at flyweight.

probably, but only if you are talking about the MAB (Naz fight) vs. the 126lb version of PAC. but today's PAC p4p beats prime MAB in my opinion.

I believe you. Pac had none or very little discipline as flyweight champ but he learned his lesson from the Singsurat loss and became what he is now.
