I am not saying it was a classic, or a display of exquisite boxing skills or anything like that. But...... i watched the frank warren footage, and colin hart summed up quigley in one perfect phrase. "tony qugiley is more of a wrestler than a boxer"
couldn't have put it better myself. dont get me wrong, tony did some good work in the fight, and i can understand people thinking it was close.
But the fight was won in the championship rounds where quigley looked out of his depth, and clung on for dear life on a number of occasions.
But i say this. get it one more time to seal the deal, and prove a lot of people wrong.
heres a great note to end this thread on...

a boxing match can be seen many ways. some people see good boxing, some people just see what they wanna see, and some people just dont know whats goin on!!

the great thing about boxing is that everyone has their own opinion, and i just love talkin and arguin about it on here!!!
