If he does get sat down, they'll want a couple of reinforced "W" irons under the ring deck or all three of them will fall into a black hole.

Valuev will push Haye around the ring like a school yard bully......no way Haye beats Valuev

We might see a Rocky 2 type finish with both fighters hitting the deck and racing to the count. The shockwaves that Valuev's falling carcus will send will knock both Haye, and the ref to the canvas.
