"Fight fans are going to have the opportunity to watch some great, young talent, at an absolutely tremendous venue. The Roxy is one of the best places in the world to take in a night of Boxing. It's very much like the legendary Blue Horizon in Philadelphia!"
"Night of the Rising Stars" will be headlined by undefeated cruiserweight fan-favorite Chris McInerney (8-0-1, 5 Kos), who takes on Boston Police Officer, Tyrone Smith (5-4-1, 2 Kos) in an eight-round intra-state match-up. In 2005, McInerney fought to a 4-round draw with Ohio's Anterio Vines, in one of the most exciting undercard bouts in recent history. The action-packed bout, which also took place at The Roxy, earned Fight of the Year honors from ESPN2.
