In Mexico, three-time world champion Erik 'El Terrible' Morales said he will beat world champ David Diaz and win his 4th world crown on Top Rank's 'War For 4' PPV in Chicago in August 4. "Diaz is a very raw fighter and he still has an amateur style of fighting," Morales said. "The difficulties will be that he is left-handed and he is fighting in his hometown. But I will win this fight with intelligence and by taking away his aggressiveness early in the fight. I expect a good fight, but in the end my boxing skills and experience will be the difference.
"Winning a fourth world title is really important to me," Morales added. "But I think the most important thing for me is to look good, win and prove to everyone I am still a top level fighter"
Morales vs. Diaz will be at the AllState Arena in Rosemont, Ill. on Saturday, Aug 4. Diaz will defend his WBC Lightweight title.
