Abraham v Gevor public work-out

arthur abraham13.08.07 - IBF middleweight champion Arthur Abraham and mandatory challenger Khoren Gevor attracted a huge crowd today in Berlin when they proved their skills in a public work-out. "We´ve done all we can to keep the title in Berlin," Sauerland coach Ulli Wegner stated. "If Arthur´s strong hands find their target, it will be very difficult for Gevor."

Over 200 fans and dozens of media members gathered in the Axel-Springer-Passage to get a close look at the two fighters. Gevor was in ring first. "We are very well prepared," his coach Fritz Sdunek revealed before closely following Abraham´s training session.

King Arthur then left no doubts about his punching power, impressing the crowd with hard shots. "Arthur has performed well during the course of the preparation," Wegner added. "We are ready."
