Bolton Arena has revealed it is closing in on a sell out for the December 8 Amir Khan fight as details of the VIP package were announced. Amir’s 21st birthday bout with Graham Earl is heading towards the capacity 7000 mark with just a ‘few hundred’ tickets remaining at prices £50, £75 and £100..

The VIP packages are being offered at just £79.95 + VAT plus the cost of ticket and businesses and individuals are being invited to book soon to enjoy the fight with a 3-course buffet, drinks and VIP surroundings.

Amir Khan has spoken of his delight at returning to Bolton Arena next month for his Commonwealth Lightweight Championship fight versus Graham Earl.

The Bolton born champion says the atmosphere of the Arena will give him an even bigger boost when he steps in the ring, adding to the pre-fight tension that has already begun.

“It will be the best feeling ever stepping out at the Arena to fight in front of my own fans on my 21st Birthday.” said Khan.

“The atmosphere will be amazing and I’m confident I can give the crowd another victory.”

Hotels in the area are also starting to sell out, an indication that many people from out of town are travelling to the fight.

Khan tickets can be purchased from the Arena front desk or by calling 01204 488100.
