12.07.04 - Two "towers" of heavyweight boxing, Michael Grant and Ray Austin, 6'7" and 6'6" respectively, will highlight co-main events on Cedric Kushner Promotions' "Heavyweight Heroes: The Search for the Next Great Heavyweight" series on Thursday night, July 29 at the Oakland Arena in California.

The card will air on InDemand pay-per-view on July 30 (8:00 pm, replay at 11:00 pm) by contacting local cable operators. Heavyweight Heroes is priced at $19.95. Nick Charles will deliver the blow-by-blow and former champion Kevin Kelley will provide the analysis.
Grant, a highly regarded heavyweight of Norristown, PA (39-3, 30 KO's) will face Terrance Lewis of Philadelphia, PA, a veteran who has faced such top-notch opponents as Michael Moorer and Andrew Golota. Austin (21-3-2, 15 KO's), the Cleveland native who has not lost a bout in more than three years, and will face southpaw Lovey Page (15-8, 12 KO's), of Dallas, TX.
For women boxing aficionados, the card also features a bout between Playboy model Mia St. John (33-4-2, 15 KOs) of Canoga Park, CA, and Talia Smith (3-4, 3 KOs) of Cleveland, OH.
