Spanish slugger Martinez, 17-0 (14), appeared unimpressed with the challenger as he tipped the scales at 120.5 lb while a very confident looking Munroe, 13-1 (6), weighed in at 120.75 lb.
The undercard fighters were also on hand as Commonwealth bantamweight champion Jason Booth, 28-5 (11), came in significantly under the divisional limit at 115.75 lb while challenger Lante Addy, 5-0 (3), of Ghana was recorded at 117.5 lb.
Former IBO super middleweight titlist Brian Magee, 29-3-1 (19), was measured at 170.25 lb and his opponent Tyrone Wright, 7-1-1 (3), balanced the beams at 169.5 lb.
Light welter prospect Scott Haywood, 16-2 (3), was judged to weigh 140.75 lb while ex-Commonwealth title challenger Gary Reid, 13-18-1 (8), was made out to be 141 lb on the second attempt.
Heavyweight hopeful Scott Belshaw, 7-0 (6), was marked down as 247 lb while opponent Daniel Peret, 11-12 (3), was declared to weigh 237.5 lb.
