“Arturo Gatti is a legend but I’m ready and willing to go to war with him right away. I would give him all he could handle”, the rising and confident 26-year-old Ukrainian said. “I noticed that he fought two undefeated Europeans in his last two fights [Gianluca Branco/Italy, Leonard Dorin/Rumania]. I welcome Gatti to continue this strategy with me, another undefeated fighter from the European continent.”

The 2000 Olympic silver medal winner is currently listed at #5 in the WBA world rankings.
The three world champions at 140 pound are Arturo Gatti (WBC), Vivian Harris (WBA) and Sharmba Mitchell (IBF). Super champion of WBC, WBA and IBF is Kostya Tszyu.
