Marco Huck Vs Adam Richards
By Adam Fillingham - On the thirteenth of March, WBO cruiserweight champion Marco Huck will be defending his title for a second time against ranked no. 14 contender Adam Richards. Richards, a former heavyweight, will be fighting only his third fight in the cruiserweight division.

Marko Huck is hot on an eight fight winning streak since his loss to Steve Cunningham two years ago. Since that defeat Huck has claimed the IBF intercontinental title, the European title (which he defended, with knockouts, three times) and the WBO world title..
Adam Richards is a little known American who goes by the alias "swamp donkey". Richards only moved down in weight last April after fighting as high as 256 pounds and now fighting at 200.
In his last fight at heavyweight, in November 2008, Richards lost to American contender Chazz Witherspoon in an eighth round knock out. Since then Adam has defeated two journeymen which has earned him a top 15 position by the WBO.
Marco Huck will be facing a tough fighter hear who has an inch height advantage and is naturally bigger than the German champion. Huck is a better overall fighter thought and will have, in my opinion, too much for the American.
If the fight lasts further than the eighth round i would be very surprised. Huck has too many skills, too much power and has an amazing jab for the "swamp donkey" to deal with.
My prediction - TKO round 7 for Huck
