Fighter Appearances

Saturday, Oct. 16 - Jimmy Lange will appear at the Merrifield Fall Festival being held at Luther Jackson Middle School in Falls Church, VA this Saturday, Oct. 16 from 1:00 to 3:00pm. Event is free and open to public. Find details at www.greatermerrifield.org/festival/about.

Also this Saturday, Jennifer “The Bolivian Queen” Salinas and Zain “Tiger” Shah are scheduled to serve as judges for the preliminary Ring Card Girl competition at ICONS - Sports Lounge and Grille in Fairfax, VA. Fight fans are invited to attend and watch the contest and catch UFC 120 live at the bar.

Saturday, Oct. 23 - Lange is set to stop by LA Boxing’s “Fight Night” in Chantilly on Saturday, Oct. 23 at 7:30pm before heading over to ICONS to serve as a judge for the finals of the Ring Card Girls competition to be held in conjunction with UFC 121.


Salinas Appears in Men’s Fitness, Shoots Documentary with World Champs


Salinas was profiled in the Australian October 2010 issue of Men’s Fitness magazine (see below). She recently returned from a California trip where she joined Lori Steinhorst and 10 other female fighters, including former world champions Laila Ali and Anne Marie Saccurato, to film a documentary for Bad Girls Boxing (www.badgirlsboxing.com).
