The popular, colorful and often controversial Morrison had a 46-3-1 (40 KOs) record during his eight years as a pro (1988-1996). Highlighting the now 36-year-old Oklahoman’s career was his 12-round unanimous decision against George Foreman for the vacant WBO heavyweight title in 1993. Morrison, who took on Lennox Lewis and Ray Mercer, also defeated former WBC heavyweight champion Pinklon Thomas, “Razor” Ruddock, Carl “The Truth” Williams, Joe Hipp, and James “Quick” Tillis.
