Boswell thinks he can beat the Klitschkos

Riding high on his huge win over former World Champ Oliver McCall March 18th, Cedric “The Boz” Boswell is serving notice on the boxing world that he is the ONLY challenger capable of dethroning both of the Klitschko brothers.

“I’ve sparred with both brothers, and neither one posed a problem for me” says Boswell. “In fact both brothers are reluctant to face me because of their bad showing. I clearly outclassed them.”
“Until I joined Promoter Kris Lawrence of the Heavyweight Factory my career was marked by promotional problems with organizations that failed to deliver fights for me. In December, Kris told me I would fight for the World Title within a year and he would put me in the ring with real contenders to earn the opportunity. I promised Kris I would deliver the wins. We have both lived up to our words.”

The Boz has only one blemish in his 35 bout career spanning 15 years. In 2003 he suffered a torn rotator cup in a bout with 3-time World title contender Jameel McCline who he dominated for nine rounds until the injury retired him in Round 10. Since then, Boswell is undefeated with 13 straight victories. In the past four months The Boz has KOed Former World Title Challenger Owen Beck and Domonique Alexander and dominated Former World Champ Oliver McCall.

Big wins have thus far stymied The Boz’ career. In 2008 he knocked out previously undefeated contender Roman Greenberg capturing the IBF North American Title. “While that win should have brought me into title contention, it actually scared off ranked opponents,” declares Boswell. “My partnership with Kris won’t allow that to happen again. It is now Boz Time”
