After Saturday’s Big Fight: Rating The 10 Best P-4-P
By James Slater: Is Manny Pacquiao still the Pound-for-Pound king? In light of his titanic struggle with archrival Juan Manuel Marquez - a fight an overwhelming majority of boxing experts thought the Filipino superstar deserved to lose via the scorecards he somehow prevailed on - Pac-Man may no longer hold the distinction of being the best active boxer on the planet.

Whether you think Marquez won or not on Saturday, it has to be conceded that he gave the sport a huge shock in making Pacquiao look quite ordinary. Some experts have come out and flat out said that the unbeaten Floyd Mayweather - the man who made such easy-looking work of it against Marquez when he fought him - is so clearly head and shoulders above all other active boxers. Has “Money” reclaimed the top spot in the mythical P-4-P ratings without having thrown a single punch at the weekend?
Here is my current Pound-for-Pound top-10 (and remember, it's ONLY AN OPINION):
1: Floyd Mayweather Junior: 42-0(26).
2: Manny Pacquiao: 54-3-2(38).

4: Sergio Gabriel Martinez: 48-2-2(27).
5: Nonito Donaire: 27-1(18).
6: Wladimir Klitschko: 56-3(49).
7: Amir Khan: 26-1(18).
8: Vitali Klitschko: 43-2(40).
