“I’m going to be looking for a spectacular finish,” said Spartacus, who puts his British Masters title on the line.
“I wasn’t myself against Peter Haymer - even though I still thought I should have got the decision - but the real Spartacus will be back next month.
“Pryce is a decent enough operator having only lost the once, but he wont be able to live with me at the top of my game.
“I am too quick, too powerful and too accurate. This one won’t go the distance.”
The 27-year-old headlines an event that features some of the hottest talent in British boxing, including 2002 Commonwealth Games gold medallist Darren Barker.
“I am really looking forward to getting back into action,” said the 21-year-old light middleweight.
“Towards the end of last year people really started to take notice of me and I will looking to build on that in 2005.
“I hope to be in title class within the next 12 months. That may sound optimistic, but I feel I have handled the transition from the amateur game really well.
“I completed a six rounder in my first fight as a professional. It can take some fighters a year to step up from four.
“I am a quick learner and want to be tested. I don’t want a padded record, I want to develop as a fighter.”
Also appearing will be Hackney light heavyweight Andrew Lowe, Waltham Abbey middleweight Daniel Cadman, West Ham featherweight Lloyd Otte, Shepherds Bush light welterweight John O’Donnell, Morden light welterweight Lenny Daws and Bethnal Green lightweight Dave Stewart.
“We are anticipating a sell out,” said Brentwood based manager Tony Sims of TBS Sport. “The Brentwood Leisure Centre has a nice feel about it so there should be a cracking atmosphere.
“If things go well, we will be looking to return regularly to stage shows in association with our sponsor, the Knight Group.”
Tickets are priced at £50 for ringside, £25 for unreserved. They are available from the TBS Sports information line: 0208 550 8911.
