Addo and Saraku join Zimbabwe National Welterweight Champion Ishmael Kuchocha, fellow Zimbabweans Edward Nhundu, Davies Mafara, and Richard Hwata with Chinese female star Jin Ding already under the guidance of manager Kevin Leighton.
At just 21 years of age, Addo has already represented Ghana at two Commonwealth Games, is a triple African Gold Medallist (Benin, Togo and Gabon) a Silver Medallist (Nigeria) and has an outstanding amateur record that currently stands at 49-2-0 (34 x KO).
Considered by many experienced observers to be the next Azumah Nelson and with the potential to win a world title in a short span of time Addo will launch his pro career in Africa before fighting in Australia and the US
At just 2 years older than Addo, Saraku is a rangy, 6’5” hard punching middleweight who also boasts a top line amateur record of 35-5-0 (15 x KO) is a dual African Gold Medallist (Benin, Gabon) and Silver Medallist (Togo) and is another exciting prospect for future world honours in the big punch for pay divisions.
Both boxers will be outfitted by the equipment and sports apparel division of CCE, and are contracted to wear CCE branded gear in training and in the ring.
