Chin Checka Gets Title Shot!

(Denver, Colorado, November 13th, 2006, Gladiator Sports Management & Marketing) Hector "Chin Checka" Saez will be taking yet another trip to California for yet another title shot. This time he will be fighting Jesus "Chuy" Rodriguez for the USBC (United States Boxing Council) junior welterweight championship to be contested over eight rounds..

Saez, 8-5, 5kos, hasn't had the best of luck in his travels to California having lost his last two bouts by razor thin decisions in his opponents' back yard. He hopes to end the streak as well as pick up the championship belt.

Rodriguez, 11-2, 5kos, is 6-1 since coming back from a two year layoff. He will be trying to keep his momentum going.

The card is scheduled for November 18th at the Conference Center in Monterey, California.
