Ler, whose only loss came at the hands of Alexander Munoz, is making his first ring appearance in the United States and is looking to announce himself to the world by handing Arce his first loss in over seven years.
The evening's opening fight is an intriguing showdown as undefeated Kelly Pavlik (29-0, 26 KOs) from Youngstown, OH puts his perfect record on the line against Jose Luis Zertuche (19-3-2, 14 KOs) out of Leon, Mexico in a scheduled 10-round middleweight contest. Pavlik is a raising star in the middleweight division with a near perfect KO to victory ratio. Zertuche known for his brawling style is looking to upset Pavlik's march towards a middleweight title.
